Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone within your eligible trial period to start the return or exchange process.
Verification and Approval
Provide your order number and proof of purchase; our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
For smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the product back; for mattresses, we will help coordinate a local pickup or donation.
Receive Your Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
